I have some issue till 1 day - I can't open HELP (F1) from Nx
Result is blank window on every web browser (IE , Firefox, Chrome).
Previously I did not have these problems before... Documentation was working fine for 2 months.
My environment variable has proper value as UGII_UGDOC_BASE=http:\\localhost:8181
Version of IE: 11.0.20 (KB3058515) update
Version of JAVA: 8 update 40 (build 1.8.0_40-b25)
If someone already had a similar problem I would ask for little advice on how to fix it.

I've never seen that problem before until I just went to use my help and got the sam issue as you.
I had to stop and restart the Doc server service and then it started working again.
From what I can see in the logs, it seems to be a Java error.
If you continue to encounter problems with the NX 10 help server you should contact your GTAC support team. They are equipped to handle questions regarding these kinds of problems.

One question at the end - how to change HELP display directly to Firefox?
It always starts through Internet Explorer.
The NX Help uses your current default browser, so you'd need to set Firefox as your default on your system for it to bring up the help via F1, menus, etc.
