I think "%UGII_BASE_DIR%\ugii\run_journal.exe" is what you may be looking for.

The get session in the journal launcehd by the "launcher" would return "its session value".

Re: Starting NX Session

That makes sense but I am not sure how to implement that.
Where does "%UGII_BASE_DIR%\ugii\run_journal.exe" go.
In my c# program?
And the NX "Session" doesn't have a ".JournalIdentifier".

You pass your program name on the command line:

run_journal   myProgram.cs

You can also pass other command-line arguments:

run_journal   myProgram.cs   -args   any other args to pass in here
