Uncutted faces

Hello to all,

I'm using NXOpen C++

I'm trying to find a way to get the all 'Uncutted' faces after operation have done.

For example -

My first operation is 'cavity mill' with 20mm diameter tool...this tool doesnt preform milling on all faces becouse the geometry of the part,

Then on the second operation i want to define the 'Cut Area' automaticly...the problem that without look at the part i can't say which faces/areas to select.

Attaching image for example -

In this part i want to tell to the second operation (also cavity mill) to work only between walls.

Any sוgesstions?

This will be really hard to do, but you could use the IPW based rest milling strategies, without the need to specify a cut area.

Re: Uncutted faces

If you use the IPW, the system will only cut where there is material remaining from the previous operations.
