Hello everyone!

How do I work with NXObject.AttributeType.Real? I understand that I need to assign Unit as well - but I can't understand how! I intend to add an attribute to the part that will hold the length mm value. Can you please help?

Did you try recording a journal?

Yes, I did. Journal is using AttributePropertiesBuilder what is not very useful for me in my current situation. I already have few attributes being assigned via NXObject.AttributeInformation and I would like to use this route as well because I do not want to rewrite - if it is possible.

I basically made it work, but value is assigned as unitless - and I need mm.

Did you try supplying the unit object to the "unit" field of the attribute structure?

I don't know how do to this. I found no examples and could not obtain answer from documentation.
