keep selected components

Hi,

I want to check each component in assembly, if specific attribute exist.
If yes - components should be selected and when application terminates, components should stay selected (not only highlighted).
Any hints how to achieve this?

I have the same problem.

It seams this is only possible to get access to the Selection Manager if you use a BlockStyler- or UiStyler dialog.

My work around is to create a component group with a specific name and add the matching components to this. So it is easy to select those components interactively by selecting the component group.

Make sure to clear / delete an already existing component group before you cycle the components.

Hope this helps.

Would be great to get access to the selection manager generally / with a WinForm.
