# SB Three Bend Corner

Hi,

I've a part where the SB Flange(3) was done at 30° and the feature SB Three Bend Corner goes well. Changed at 10° the SB Three Bend Corner give an error. Can someone help me ?

you should make the Flange Clearance smaller than the width of the radius of the centre bend

the file I posted was an example, now a collegue is designing and the error occur.

There's a known issue that 3 bend Corner can sometimes have difficulty for intersecting flanges at 90deg.  I have attached an alternate solution by changing the angle to 89deg (and resizing afterwards).  I understand this is not ideal so please raise an IR with GTAC.

thank you for the support. The result is good. One question, why have you added a SB Unbend before to the SB Resize Bend Angle ? There is a CAD reason ?

No good CAD reason, it's what I had to do to make this work.  This is why we need the IR so the development team can analyse the issue properly,
