How to tell if you have been using UG tool long

1. You still call it UG
2. You know what a P.F.K. is
3. You know what Wire Frame really means
4. You like View Dependent Edit
5. You miss GRIP
6. The first thing you do with a new file is change the background to Black
7. You miss having a joy-stick
8. You know how to use Basic Curves
9. You can still edit a pre – V13 Sketch
10. You know what the company Layer Standards are, and use them
11. The CAM Guys at your company still use GPM
12. Your blood pressure no longer rises when you hear “ It will be fixed in the next version”
13. You have had an enhancement actually added to the software.
14. You have used the system more than once to design a Deck, Dog house or other personal project.
15. You wish you still had a “CAD ROOM”
16. You know which “Groups” are which.
17. You are waiting for NX9 to be released

19. You want to use thumbwheels to move the cursor - as you know they ONLY move horizontal or vertical. No guessing if you are moving it horizontally or just "close to horizontal"
20. You know what Uniapt is
21. You know what UCC stands for
22. You've seen a complete distribution of UniApt....On Punch paper tape (we don't need no stinking magnetic tape!)
23. You remember when the International Grip library was maintained by Siemens/UGS/EDS/McAuto/MDMISCO/....
24. You remember when CAM didn't have operations - when you accepted the CLS and exited editing the operation, ALL YOU HAD WAS THE CLS FILE
25. You know what a CLS file is, and the difference between a CLF and CLS
26. You know what the 01.ugf file was (and the 02.ugf and 03.ugf... and the 23.ugf)
27. You have heard people talking in strange numbers, and you understand what they're saying ("to do that, just 5-2-4-6-1")

31. You didn't need the VT100 numeric keypad overlay to navigate the BBS
32. You miss the UG Design Drafting tablet with its overlay and stylus
33. You miss taking bathroom breaks with one of the 50 UG manuals that was as thick as your arm

37. If you still remember the PFK keystrokes to change to a 4-view layout and max-min all views
38. If you used Unisolids and left for lunch while computing a large Boolean operation
39. If you needed to travel with UG files and created a mag tape from your VAX 11-780 tape drive
40. You would have PFK races with your colleagues to see who could buffer ahead more keystrokes
41. If you know what a MegaTech is
42. If you recall the transition from UG1 to UG2
43. If you know what GFEM is
44. If you remember it taking a full day to build a finite element mesh around a hole on a plate
45. If remember what Cadam, Calma, Computervision’s Cadds3X and Prime Medusa are
46. If your first UG experience was on a vector refresh or monochrome system, and you were excited when you saw your first color system

single-precision (BTW, it no longer works).
