17=What is the F8 attribute name for setting "Edit Display Panel".Active ?

Did all the usual Help/Forum/Tutorial searches - plus scanned through all 400 attributes in an object where I flip it on and off - nothing came up.  It's to be able to have a method to switch all displays on or off for the whole model.  Maybe to toggle them (on an individual basis), that would be nicer.

I can give something back for a change.

I did exactly the same searches to find how to set the first row in a table to the column headings. Know we did it on the course, but months later could not find it using all the above means

Some experiments with the F8 attributes turned it up :

[Select tableFile    [  F8      [ColumnIndex {set true}

you need to start at the right object/class. If you want to hide all display panels in a frame, you need to set the attribute

<frame>.showDisplayPanels to false

Thank you Steffen, that is a neat solution - ties in with wanting to enable/disable all in one frame.

So am using the following method in each frame - copies portably wherever I need it

// ToggleDisplayPanels.Txt
// [Edit Display Panel [text = ~.ShowDisplayPanels] [Size [Width = 20 ]] [Background Colour [Custom [HSL = 0,0,222 \

// .Models.PillDispenser.AsIsLine.ShowDisplayPanels := not .Models.PillDispenser.AsIsLine.ShowDisplayPanels
current.ShowDisplayPanels := not current.ShowDisplayPanels

var dummy : integer // For setting breakpoint before exit
