About shifts and drain stats

Creator

Dear community,

I have a simple question about drain stat throughput per day. I made a simple model to point out the question. I think i'm missing something here.

The model runs for a seven days and the Source produces a part in every hour:

If the shiftcalender is not assinged to the drain:

total throughput : 118

throughput per day = 16.86 -> makes sense because the total throughput is diveded by 7

If the shiftcalender with two shifts is assigned to the drain:

total throughput : 118

throughput per day = 35.40 -> Where this value comes from?

I would like to know what two shifts are producing daily on workdays. Of course i can calculate that from total throughput but then i need to exclude weekends manually.

Regards,

Toni

Toni,

Please take a look at the Help-file for statThroughputPerDay. I think it is better to use statThroughputPerHour.
