Assembly on container that is located on container

Hello,

I know the title does make that much sense but I would like to know how you tacke this chalange.

I have an part that contains many assembly. And I have a base part, that contains 10 shafts and then on each of those shafts I would like to assemble a part (gear).

Is this posbile to do without DismentleStation?

Thanks and regards

do you want to "load" the gear to the shaft or do you just consume the right number of gears?

Re: Assembly on container that is located on container

Hello HugoZupan,

yes, it is possible.

- Create a user defined table (lets say 'available_shafts') in the base part (Container) and update the path / name / type of the 10 shafts available in it.

- When base part along with 10 shafts move to respective assembly station, check the 'available_shafts' table and track each shaft whether it is occupied or not (or specific shaft). if not occupied, then assemble a gear to the shaft.
