Best way to modelize a cardboard box with open / closed state

Hello,

I'm storing an object in a cardboard box and after that, on a station, I would like to display a closed cardboardbox with the object inside.

I tried the following : I've made a 3D object with 2 cardboard box (a closed and an open one) and I played with the visibility functionnality, but in that case the box size still take the size of the open box even if I delete the "Open" graphic group. When I store them on a pallet there a space between the boxes (please see the picture).

I tried as an alternative to work with two objects (a closed box and a open one) but in that case I didn't find the way to copy the mu content from one box to the other on a station.

Do you have an idea / example how can I modelize such use case ?

Please find my model in the attachements, regards

Phenom
Phenom

@ space reduction on small pallet.

I've manually added 4 box locations  ( #0#0..#1#1) for the x y area ( easiest way)

and set the 4 positions accordingly.
