You defined a wrong service for the importers of ST40B..., the worker offers CB18_Loop3 the importer requests Loop3; so the simulation stucks here
I would like to use an Experiment manager to vary Cycle time details defined in a table?
How to add that in Inputs for Experiment manager?
eg ST_10 is the table name,
contents of table is
6 sec, Manual operation
40 sec, Automatic operation
I would like to run an experiment with Manual operation time varied from 2 to 6sec
Auto time varied from 20 to 40s.
I am stuck in a scenario where u had already helped me out with loop logic.
The query is this:
The operator has to take a pre-defined sequence throughout the shift.
Shift beginning (1st part):-
Load part in STN_10 (Manual process of STN_10) - > Automatic process of STN_10 -> Unload part
Load part in STN_15 -> Automatic process of STN_15 -> Unload part
Load part in STN_20 -> Automatic process of STN_20 -> Unload part
Load part in STN_20A -> Automatic process of STN_20A -> Walk to STN_10
Next part onwards:-
Operator to work only in cyclic loop.
Unload prev part - Load part - Auto cycle of machine - Walk to next machine
I have created control for 1st part which works fine.
I am stuck how to assign operator to move in a pre-defined sequence?
The sequence keeps changing as the shift progresses.

For sequences I recommend a completely different approach
have a look in this example:
if you set the attribute automaticMediation to false, then you can send the worker without problems from one machine to the next
you need to set the Worker in the class library to automaticMediation=false (F8 - set it in the attributes)
include this line into your init-method:
then it starts in the entrance control of workplace41:
- wait until the buffer is occupied
- adress the part
- load it to the worker
- goto the next station
I tried with the logic but simulation gets stuck at 4 min 45 seconds.
Issue with my model.
1) 1st cycle operator has to wait until STN_20A_Pos=1 in STN_20A. When Pos=2 he should walk back to Workplace41.
This works as of now.
2) 2nd part:
operator has to Load 2nd part in STN_10,wait till operation is done,unload part 2
Load 2nd part in STN_15,wait till operation is done,unload part 2
Load 2nd part in STN_20,walk to STN_20A
Unload part 1
Walk to Workplace 41.
So for 1st cycle last machine will have more waiting time, for 2nd cycle 3rd and 4th machine have more waiting time.
Operator cannot cross an empty station and proceed to next station.
Loop should be STN_10 -> STN_15 -> STN_20 - > STN_20A throughout the shift.
Sequence should be Unload prev part -> Load current part-> Wait till manual processing time -> Carry unloaded part to next machine.
I built 3 models with varied logics but nothing helps me out.
