Crash when using the command line to load a model

Legend

Hello!

I've found an issue with Plant Simulation 12.1.

When loading a model by using source code in a text file with the command line argument -e, I get a crash if not supplying a password parameter even though it should be optional and I have no password set for the model.

Example method in a text file, using SimTalk 2.0 syntax:

This will cause an Access Violation crash:

loadModel(pathToModel)

This will work:

loadModel(pathToModel, "")

The text file is loaded together via Plant Simulation 12.1 from another open Plant Simulation process with the help of:

startExtProc("C:\Program Files\Tecnomatix\Plant Simulation 12.1\PlantSimulation12_1.exe -e LoadModelCode.txt, true, false)

Place the spp and txt file in the same directory and change in the txt file to see the crash.

I can reproduce the crash.

Apparently this bug was introduced in version 11.3.

We will fix this in the next maintenance pack.

Thank you Michael!

Should've posted a model to begin with, but glad you found it!
