I have a logic issue, where three machines operated by a single operator needs to perform loading and unloading of the parts from the respective buffers of the machines to the machines. These three machines are sequentially connected one after the other and the succeeding machines can receive the part only when the preceeding station has completed processing.
Now the problem is, at one point of time when any two of three machines say A and C rises request that its empty and needs part for processing, the availability of the worker is baffled and the simulation halts. So i need to create a logic at this instant in such a way that which ever the workplace is nearby to the worker, he has to load and unload the part to the machine. I am not aware of such logic and neither i could find any in the examples. Could you please help me sort out this issue.
