Dynamic lengthening of tracks

I have an operation in which I need to increase the distance a transporter travels. I attach the model. Each time the Track 1 is accessed, its length is increased, but the length of the return track must also be increased. The return track changes its length in the animation, and I do not want that.

1) How can I prevent the track (Track2) from showing a longer physical picture?

2) When I use one truck, the model works, but when I use two transporters, PS gives an error stating that it cannot place the object. How can I ensure that the truck returns to object Track?

1) deactivate in tab curve: transfer length

2) what is exactly the error message?

Re: Dynamic lengthening of tracks

1) Thank you Steffen_B.

2) I attach a screen shot of the error message.

this error occurs, if you want to reduce the length and a transporter is on the region, you want to delete.
One way to avoid this is to wait until the track is empty, if a transporter is in this region (you can check it with track.cont.frontPos).

Re: Dynamic lengthening of tracks

Steffen_B, I made the same model but with 20 trucks to speed up the time the error occurs. I really do not understand why the error occurs, because although the tracks become occupied, Plant Simulation seems to take of it until a certain point.

have a look in the attributes of the last transporter on track2 if the failure occurs: the rearLocation is still on track, this is the reason, why you cannot change the length
