Entity generation with various attributes according to discrete empirical distributions using Method

Experimenter
Experimenter

Hi everyone,

I am trying to generate entities with various attributes by using empiricial distributions (z_dEmp) with SimTalk. Thereafter, the data have to be stored in a table file. The first column should show the entity, the second column should show the value of attribute 1 for the particular entity, etc.

For example, I need to generate 1000 entities with 2 different attributes

Attribute 1: number of raw material A needed for the entity; 2 (55%), 3 (25%), 4 (15%), 5 (5%)

Attribute 2: raw material B needed?; yes (60%), no (40%)

etc.

Can you help me with this?

Thank you in advance.

can you prepare a small model with the data in tables?

The plan for my simulation has changed a bit. Therefore, I don't have to implement this anymore in my model.

Thank you anyway for your response.
