I have a situation in which i am sending parts A and B each 25   to 2 different buffer.both buffer is connected by connectors with the source buffer. with cyclic exit strategy only 1 MU is going to buffer A then 2nd goes to buffer B and so on.how can i send all the MUs of A in a batch to buffer A and then all MUs in batch to buffer B instead of sending one single MUs.??

You can use the exit strategy "MU Attribute" (select from list and click apply) and specify the local routing of MUs in the table.

Thanks Nomdem but There is no local routing.my problem is that MUs can go to any buffer which is free.but all the 25 MUs of A  or of B should go to the same buffer.

you could try the exit strategy cyclic sequence (blocking). Enter in the table 25 times 1 (for successor 1) and 25 times 2 (total 50 rows)
