Re: FLOW CONTROL PROBLEM

I agree with you, indeed it does't work with this code.

How can I say "wait for a part on OP10 and no pallet on the way" with PS language?

How can I say it for all the three stations?

Another problem is that if OP30 calls an empty pallet, it must flow on Line52 even if Line 3 or Line 5 just finished to load the part and are calling other empty pallets (they are closer so if you don't force the pallet to go to Line 52 it goes to the closer lines).

How can I say it to the program?

you should wait until OP10 is occupied and has completed its job (resWorking=false). To check, if the way is complete empty, you could check the occupation of all lines until this station. This you need make for each station, like this:

waituntil (OP10.occupied and OP10.resWorking=false and

line1.occupied=false and line2.occupied=false ...) or

(OP20.occupied and OP10.resWorking=false and

line1.occupied=false and line2.occupied=false ...) ... prio 1;

@.move;

... you need to replace by all the line segments until the station

Hi Steffen!

Thanks for your help, I'm understanding more of this program.

Last question

In a Flow Control with two output and two input, how can I say "input 1 go to output 1 and input 2 go to output 2".

Thank you

you can use the exit strategy MU-Attribute. With the attribute location you can read the location of the MU at the entrance of the FlowControl. Than you can define in a table, what destination (successor-number) the MU from a specific predecessor (as object) should have.
