How o use Stat:Fit at the Plant Simulation

Creator

Hello dears.
I used the stat::fit to estimate the relevant distribution fit of the data of a table (times of production) and I would like to use this on the Plant Simulation (Processing time of a SingleProc - Lognorm).
Can I to do it? In attached you can see the distribuition with Stat:Fit.
Thanks!

just select lognorm infront of the textfield of the ProcTime and enter your parameters separated by comma like shown in the dialog

Hi Prieto,

just in case you are new to Plant Simulation:
You can also use emprical distributions for the processing time of a station (see exampe with cEmp in screenshot). In your case the lognormal distribution doesn't seem to fit your data very well, so perhaps an empirical distribution is the better choice.

Hi Steffen.
Ok, but it isn't works. First, how the MU is < 0, an error message window is shows, second, if the MU are positive number, an error message window is shows about the value exceed. I don't can write the distributuion parameters on the textfield.

Hi Andreas,
Thanks. Yes, I am new to Plant Simulation, but I liked your idea. I will  leave it as plan B.
Note: the distributions are aleatory sample, don't are real. The real distribution look a lognormal (processing time).
