How to deal with 2 PickandPlaces working together without colliding ?

Hello,everyone

 

I create a model about using 2 pickandplaces  to get parts from the same machine("M1").the model is posted in the attachment.

If there are no failures ,the  model can work smoothly, even so,I doubt there is something wrong in the logic of methods calling the PickandPlace . As is shown in the following picture.

In the failures mode,there are "Errors" happenning when you run the model(" robot_failure02").How to deal with this problem? As is shown in the following picture.

since you move the empty pallet in the exit control of M1, you will have problems, if one robot gets failed during loading and the method is calling the second P&P to the empty pallet

try this as a condition:

while @.empty=false and not @.cont.move(PP01)
