Hello,everyone!

When I analog an assembly production line, a problem occurs: the assembly machines are always "blocking"  after the first parts assembledb leave the assembly machines,no others parts enter except for "pallet"(container),it's very strange, why this situation happens  and what should I do?

The blocking of assembly machines is shown which is marked  in the following picture, what's more ,the model is attached so that you can refer to it!

Any help is appreciated ,thank you!

Hello MarkLee,

in your model you assemble the part on a container, but you only move the part (@.cont.move(L17,5)). Threfore the container remains on the assembly station and the station is blocked.

The assembly stations only starts assembling, when a new container arrives at the station.

Try @.move(L17,5) to move the ciontainer together with the assembled product.
