How to get workers dedicated to only a few work stations

Experimenter
Experimenter

Hi All,

I've made a little model with two work stations. Both stations consist out of a few single procs.

The process is as follows: the worker 'puts' parts in the machine. The machine processes  them and the worker 'takes' them out of the machine and puts it on a buffer. The 'robotproc' can only push a part to the 'Ontlaadproc' when its emptied by the worker.

Now I want to have dedicated workers, so one worker works at 'OntLaadProc' and the other works at 'OntLaadProc1'. The problem is that after a shift or during a surtain period of time one of the workers jumps to the other workstation.

I've tried to give them services, but they still switch positions.

I've tried to do it with 2 brokers but that didn't work.

i've tried to make foothpads with 2 brokers, that didn't work either.

I also made a little method but the problem remained.

Maybe there is some line of code in one of the methods that causing the problem but I can't seem to find the problem.

Maybe someone has an Idea?

Thanks,

Hop

Hi HOP,

it should work check if worker, workplace and station (Importer) support the same service.

Service_1: Worker_1-->Workplace_1-->OntLaadProc1

Service_2: Worker_2-->Workplace_2-->OntLaadProc2
