I guess this is beyond the possibilities of the Transferstation. But you could create your own little Transferstation, which is able to access the same target. Have a look into the example, I use a similar method to identify the TEU quantity. A problem is the loading time.
Thanks so much, really helped me! It works for loading the train. But it doesn´t work for unloading the train. The train unloads on a buffer first. Then, the Straddle Carriers should pick up the containers from the buffer (2 lanes of Straddle Carriers). The method "puffer.cont.move(@)" can not state a loading time unfortunately.
yes, it is quite simple; you only need a link to the stopped train (global variable), then you can stop at a sensor, load one MU from the train, wait your loadingtime and if the train is empty you start the train and set the link to void

I guess the structure of your model is a little bit different.
as you can´t open my model, I send you screenshots of my problem. In my simulation I have a disbalance between import and export containers. So the methods for train loading/unloading should have different numbers for TEU capacity. The train unloading side works perfectly as the train usually leaves with 61/62 MUs which are 99/100 TEU.
The train loading method doesn´t work. As you can see I tried to reduce the TEU capacity in the method, so the train should leave with less than 100 TEU, but the train always loads about 61/62 MUs like the train on the unloading side, which are more then 91 TEU that I want on this side and tried to write in the method. Do you see any mistake their? Why does the train load more than 91 TEU?
