Loading parts depending on pallet variant

Experimenter
Experimenter

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a way to transfer a certain number of different parts on a pallet depending on the variant:

When the pallet "Variante1" arrives next to "KB2", it should stop and load the parts listed in table "Variante1“ and then continue.

When the pallet "Variante2“ arrives next to "KB2", it should stop and load the parts listed in table "Variante2“ and then continue.

Does anybody have an idea, how this reloading process can be handled?

Thank you very much and hopeful regards,

Patrick

The parts are stored in the KanbanBuffer "KB2".

you could connect for each part type one kanban-singleproc with KB2 (basically KB2 is a store). Then you could connect the stations with a assembly station to load the pallets with the right parts (maybe 2 for the different types).

Thank you very much for the idea!

It worked together with an example from your book:
