Look at a user defined attribute to trigger release of another MU

The current model I am working with creates an attribute _Reject based on a uniform distribution at Op1.  The mu travels to the next station where it is moved to a repair loop.

I have a downstream system which assembles parts for the main mu which is currently triggered when Op1 is not empty but i would like to only release the part if Op1 is not empty and the main MU is not a reject.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

the question is a little bit difficult to understand.

Maybe OP1 is an assembly station.

The station, which delivered the add-on parts, has an exit control, like this

Waituntil OP1.occupied and (NOT OP1.cont._reject) prio 1
@.move

But what should happen when the first part Reject comes?

Regards,

Peter

I have attached a sample of the model.  I am looking for Unload Line to hold the part if it is determined to be a reject at Op_60A.

At any given time the number of container MUs should equal the number of Pistons in the Ops and Load Line.
