I have one MaterialTable defining all recepies. The rows are in random order as i added stuff along the way (this should not be an issue as I understand it).
Mixer input is from two tanks, one with IngA and one with IngB. The mixer should take a certain amount of each and output a finite amount of MixA, say 500 litres.
Issue: no matter how much of the ingredients I put in the two tanks, the mixer is able to produce an infinite amount. The amount it produces is simply limited by the volume in the MixA tank after the mixer. This output tank will be filled even if its volume is 1 000 000 litres and the two input tank has 5 litres.
Am I missing some fundamental setting? Thanks in advance

the mixer will first be loaded with materials regarding the receipt until the mixer is full. Then the procTime of the mixer is startet, after the procTime the mixer will release the complete content to the successor(s). After a recovering time the process starts anew, if you feed the mixer with material. The size of the tanks upstream of the mixer doesnt limit the output, the outflow material rate is more important (e.g. source --> deportioner --> tank).
Sometimes it is a matter of animation, switch the event controller to real time to observe the simulation. If you have only some elements in the simulation, the event controller will skip the processing time of the mixer and it "looks like" a continuous process.
