The assembly stations doesn't work, because they cannot access all parts from the assembly list via connectors. If you place for each part type one buffer, it will work.
one more query. In Subassy1 parts A,B,C should assemble & in Subassy 2 Parts A,D,C should assemble & In Subassy 3 parts A,B,C,D should assemble..
your settings in the assembly stations are right, the assembly stations pulls the parts according to the assembly list from the predecessors

Thank u steffen it's working.. I have one more query, i want to prioritize the parts, like i want part Type1 & type 2 to be assembled first. after the compltion of these parts only i want other parts to assembly.
I have used sorter (Buffer) to do the sorting. is this the correct way of prioritizing or is there any other ways to dom it.
The sorter is a good way to priorize. But you neet some stock in the sorter (to have something to sort). You can define your own attribute for sorting (you cannot sort by the name of the MU, it needs to be a number or time).
In your case it will not work. The preassembly starts, if all parts are available. If you priorize type1 and type2 this decelerates type3 and type4 and all preassemblies.
