Hello All

I have a situation where in the worker loads two parts on to parallelproc1 from parallelproc and after every cycle ,the worker has to unload the two parts simultaneously from parallelproc1 and place on the buffer1 and then load two new parts from parallelproc to parallelproc1.

I have the logic written but the model seem to be not working as per the scenario. I request anyone to look into the model and help me with it.

Kind Regards

Sujith

Hello Sujith,

On tab **Exit** of the *ParallelProc* you defined the target for the MUs as *ParallelProc1*. So every parts will be carried to this station.

Remove the target definition on **tab** **Exit** of the *Parallelproc* and define the target of the MU by setting attribute **Destination **of the MU.

Hope this will help.

Hi Sujith,

soory, but I didn't have the model running, I just recognized that the move statement in your entrance control disturbs the behavior of the worker when carying part away is used.

Hello Sujith,

attached you will find your model. The worker is carrying 2 Parts from ParallelProc to ParallelProc1 and afterwards 2 parts from PrallelProc1 to Buffer.

I removed all method call and only inserted to methods as you can see in the model.

Hope this will solve your problem.
