Can Pick and Please robot pick two parts and drops at different Single Procs? If I increase the capacity to be 2, It always wants two parts and drops at same single proc.

this you can solve with a simple exit control for the PickAndPlace, you can unload one part and send the robot to the next station (method setDestination), see attachment.
Set the exit strategy for the robot to "Start at successor 1" for start for each cycle at the same station.
