1.Is it possible to integrate Pick and place robot with backend data.? How to do it.?
2.I have a model with a store and Pick and place robot. When the store is full, I should get an indication that store is full and have to empty it. Is there a way to get an alarm/indication.?
I have the layout.
1. The parts start coming from the source to the machines in Process1. I get a signal from backend saying that SingleProc4 machine is down.
When this signal is received, the colour of SingleProc4 should change showing the machine is down and the parts should not go that machine. Instead the parts should pile up on the line or in the store.
Once we get another signal saying the machine is working, the piled up parts should start moving through SingleProc4 machine.
How to do it.?
So suppose the signals are 1(failed) and 0(working), and I get signal as 1 from database, then the machine should change its color and parts have to be stopped i.e.not move to that station. All this has to be done using simtalk.
