I need your help to go forward with my model. I would like to separate three parts: one part move to Washer1 or Washer2 (I have two washers due to capacity problem) and the carrier and the rest part on it I would like to move to Washer21 or to Washer22. After the washing process finished the original three parts should move forward together.
Could you share a suggestion with me? (I have Plant Simulation v12). Thanks for your help you inadvance.

you can use the exit control of the PickAndPlace
You could adress the part carrier, then you unload the first part, re-adress the carrier and send the PickAndPlace to the next buffer (setDestination), there you move the carrier itself

thank you your answer. I tried to modify my model based on your solution, without success.
The part separation would be not the way as you solved.
I woul like to send all "Cylinderhead"s to direction PickAndPlace. Then the "Slipper_plate with the "Cover_Plate" to the PickAndPlace1. Washer1 and Washer2 washes only "Cylinderhead"s, Washer21 and Washer22 washes only "Slipper_plate"s with "Cover_Plate"s. After washing process, all Cylinderhead should placed back again to their original Slipper_plate and Cover_Plate.
attached you can find my model with some modification. As you can see on the attached picture the first cycle (the first picked parts) is working in the proper way, but the next part will move (all three items) to PickAndPlace1.
Could you correct my control methode according to the way what I described?
At the end of conveyor belts the Cylinderhead has to be put on its original carrier (Slipper_plate). Could you show me this solution as well?

I have inserted a 5 sec wait, so that the coverplate is not grabbed by P&P1 before P&P handled the cylinderhead

Finally I would need to unite the parts again.
1. PaP3 should pick first the Slipper_plate and Cover_Plate from conveyor F11
2. then PaP3 should pick the Cylinderhead from conveyor F1
3. in the Placing assembly station the Cylinderhead will be placed to the Slipper_plate (Cover_Plate is already on it)
(Cylinderhead:1 should couple always with Slipper_plate:1 and Cove_Plate:1 ...etc.)
Could you please help me to solve this problem. (I am still beginner and I can learn to study the solutions)

3. add m02 as entry method to PaP3
3.1 add following code in m02

5. insert (predecessor=) 2, (count=) 1 in assembly list
