Hello dear colleagues,


I have currently a problem with PickAndPlace station - in my conditions, this station is surrounded by 8 homogeneous stations. PickAndPlace should pick the MU and place it on empty station. After the MU passes through one of them (does not matter which one), it should be placed on the conveyor behind the PickAndPlace station.


The problem is that PickAndPlace station is grabbing MUs even if the 8 surrounding stations are occupied and does not know what to do with the MU afterwards.


Can I ask you for the solution?

I have attached the picture of the model.

three steps:

- step1: exit control line: wait until one of the stations is empty (and operational) and the pickAndplace is empty

            --> set the destination of the part to the station

- step2: target control of the pickAndPlace --> move to the destination of the part:


- step3: create entrance controls in the stations to change the destinations of the parts to line1
