Problem exporting data to excel

Dear community,

i got a problem exporting "time" data format to a table in excel.

As you can see belowtable.JPG

When i export to excel (with write excel file command) the column "time" is not correctly formatted (as you can see in the file attached).

I've exported in both versions and nothing change.

Thanks for the help.

the time data type in excel is different from Plant Simulation; base unit in Plant Simulation is second (starting from 01.01.1970), in Excel it is Week. If you divide the seconds from Plant Simulation by (7*24*3600) you get a valid time value in Excel.

Re: Problem exporting data to excel

Is there any simple way to export correctly the whole data?

maybe in an other type of file and then import in excel but correct?

you can export the data into a csv file (text file); in Plant Simulation you can define some rules for export (e.g, time format). In Excel you need to define a import filter for the data.
