so you can change the MULength attribute depend on the MU-Name in the exit contol (rear) of the DismantleStation. If you activate the vector graphics in the MU (tab graphics) also the representation of the MU change depend on their length, see the attached example.
This is what i meant, but now i have one type of waste. What if I want to have for each type of sheet , another percentage of waste? The type of sheet i can implement from tablefile, can i do that with waste?
you could define the waste percentage as user defined attribute of the sheet. You can set the values with the creation table of the source. In the entrance control of the DismantleStation you can set then the ratio for the waste for each kind of sheet (and read this value in the exitControl).

Is the possibility of incorporation FlowControl to Method?
Because in my model I have crane., which moves elements from quality_control do flowcontrol.
Then flowcontrol moves automatically elements to elements_magazine or refuse.
And I would like to crane raised elements form quality_control and moves 98% elements to elements_magazine and 2% to refuse. And the second situation if waist have 10%-50% area then go to refuse and when have 50-90% sheet_magazine.

In first FlowControl I used “If…” everything works but it should look like a command to the division of percentage?
And my sencend question. I try to use Ratio in Wycinarka (Cutter) and I use method and I use the method at the exit and entrance. But something is wrong and isn’t divided into parts.

What is your setting of the DismantleStation (the attachment is the wrong file)? You need to create a new part (waste) then you only set the MULength in the exit control. Depend on the names of the MUs you can split the materialflow in a exit control (front).

But I still don’t understand, how I can divide.
I have e.g. that situation:
Two different plate: Plate and Plate2, First Plate I use 60% so I have Waste=40% and Component 60%
and Plate2 I use 10% so I have Waste=90% and Component 2 = 10%
WasteRatio I have permanent , so I should take WasteRatio in tablefile in column Ratio? And open inside table and put it inside or I can’t do it that ?
And I should change “changeLength” ?
This is the right way to define the wasteRatio as attribute in the plate. But you should insert the value in the column real (this is the right data type).
To take into account different ratio values, you need an entrance control in the DismantleStation.
For Divide into Component and Waste you can use the DismantleStation. It creates additional to the Plate one piece waste. If you change the MULength of both, you can later read this value and make a decision, if you can reuse the waste as new (shorter) plate or not. If you have to reuse the waste, it may be better to have an absolute value for length/width for the component insead of a ratio to select the right plate.
For devide the materialflow you can use the MU attributes name and MULength.
