Properly Model a Mould Process (Multiple Part Styles at Once)?

I'm trying to model a portion of an injection moulding process where raw material (the source MU) is turned into four parts: two LH and two RH of the same part style (two MUs x2). What would be the best way to model this? Right now I just have a subframe set up where a source produces the four parts (alternating in sequence) and stores them into a buffer with a capacity of four, which the main frame will pick from and sort etc. The buffer mimics the tool that otherwise the parts would be picked from directly.

Thanks!

Re: Properly Model a Mould Process (Multiple Part Styles at Once)?

you could try the DismantleStation; select Sequence: MUs exiting independent of other MUs; add the parts you want to produce into the dismantle table; move the main part to a drain...
