Hello everyone

I have 9 different parts which comes to the store in a mixed order and they should move to the three successors.

I am weak in programming. could anyone help me please.

I tried to write like this to place the part in a particular place

If name:= Mu.a then

@.move(store.pe(1,1));

if i want to remove the part immeadiately and move to desired successor, what can i do?

Thanks

regards

findPart is a new function in version 12.1;

here is a older example from me:

the easiest way: search in all places, if your part is there --> move it e.g.

for local i:=1 to store.xDim loop
   for local k:=1 to store.YDim loop
      if store.pe(i,k).cont /= void and  store.pe(i,k).cont.name ="YourPart" then
         store.pe(i,k).cont.move(YourSuccessor);
      end;
   next;
next;

if you want only produce 30 parts, you can select in the source:

Time of creation --> Number Adjustable --> Amount: 30

Hello Steffen

I tried to follow your recommendations regarding the program.But i couldn't able to move parts from the store.

please see the attachment below. the required program is next to store as "parts_removal".

Please ask if anything is not clear

thanks once again

if you want to look for a MU-name , you need to write only the name and not the path (in your method:
Main_frame_red instead of .MUs.Sub_assemblies.Main_frame_red)
