When you want to reschedule methcalls, it is possible. First you kill the current event with deleteMethcall and then schedule the new event.
If this is not your issue, please specify your problem more clearly.
The SetupEnd depends on several factors. But the duration of the setup becomes a given once set-up is initiated. The software may reschedule it, for instance, if a resources (e.g. Worker) that is required for the set-up gets interrupted. But what you do is you just interrup it. The software remembers the remaining set-up time and schedule the event accordingly.
I don't know what you mean by "cycle time for a set-up".
It helps if you explain what kind of system you are working on and what you try to achieve there. In many cases this kind of detail control has little impact on the overall performance, so we stick to the default behaviors.
You can use the method 'endSetupIn' to achieve this.
Never thought of this. And it works both ways, so you can postpone the completion of the set-up!
