I have a problem with my simulation model. Maybe you can help me.
If I start my Model with a LAN Connection (Cable) it works.
If I start my Model without a cable it works not and i get a Runtime error.
had anybody the same problem in the past?

Hello PAC,
Can you tell us which error you get?
Under the assumption that you don't access any network drives in you simulation, I don't see any correlation between a network connection and a simulation run.

Hello PAC,
This is a crash in your graphics driver. If you have a dedicated graphics card in your computer, make sure that Plant Simulation doesn't use the graphics unit from the CPU. This can be defined in the software of your graphics card (e.g. the NVIDIA Control Panel). Make also sure that the latest version of the graphics driver is installed.
If this doesn't help you can go to Preferences->3D and try to set the OpenGL version to a lower value (e.g. 3.1).

Thank you for this solution. After my first test... it works.
If the Notebook works in the Docking station it works always fine. And if not ... the Models with 3D creates a runtime error. Thank you.

Hello PAC,
I guess when the Notebook is in the docking station the dedicated graphics card is used. If not the CPU graphic is used to reduce power consumption. You should be able to change this in the control panel of your graphics adapter.

Hello,Ralf
When I run the Model of plant simulation, My software has the problem "A runtime error....".Is there any way to solve it? I have tried to change the OpenGL value and also the NVIDIA graphics setting, however it didn't work.So is there other method to solve it?

I believe this bug has already been fixed in the maintenance pack 13.1.4
