I am trying to transfer parts to a Line with a Cycle Time of (say) 3 minutes. PLantSim Help says that the entrance opens after the cycle time. I may be missing a very simple thing here..
I tried to use the waituntil statement at the sensor to make the transporter wait until the Line is ready to accept parts.
However the EntranceOpen and EntranceFree attributes of the Line are not watchable. I don't know if only the entranceLocked attribute applies to cycle time.
How can this be done?
Thanks in advance.

I can't share the original model unfortunately.
However, I have recreated the problem in a simpler model.
Parts are transferred when the Line does not have a cycle time value. But this is not my problem.
When you enter a cycle time, the transporter should stop at the sensor until the Line is available, part should be transferred, and then the transporter should move ahead.
I was looking into the model you posted and found a working solution.
So, the issue was that you don't wait until the mu actually arrives on the line, before you set stopped := false.
But as you can see, if you simulate with real-time the transporter will be stopped for some time (according to the cycle time). But I guess this is as intended.
Please read in the help , why you cannot transfer a Mu via method this way.
You will always miss the time stamp when the line is open.
"Plant Simulation opens the entrance for a moment. When an MU is Waiting to enter at that time, it may enter, if not, another cycle has to pass before it may enter"
