Hi Everybody.
Im am trying to simulate a process where I Carry pieces in containers from a Warehouse1 to a Warehouse2 using a car.
I want to use a container for each type of piece, I need to consider that I will pick a container loaded in Warehouse1, take it to warehouse2, unload it, and return the container to Warehouse1, then pick anoither container and repeat the process.
For better understanding I am attaching a simplified version of the scenario in a picture.
Could somebody help me making this little example so I can repeat it with all my sources and pieces types?
It would be very helpful.
Thank you.

Hey, thank you for your answer.
I couldn't open it since I am using version 14.0 and it seems to be 14.2

OK, Here is at least a picture of the model (it's not terribly complex anyway). What I did was to first load parts on a container, and then load that container onto a transporter. The transporter moves to 'UnloadCar_Full' and unloads the container, then moves to 'LoadCar_Empty' and waits for the container to be loaded again. Meanwhile, the container moves from 'UnloadCar_Full' to 'DismantleStation2' where the parts are unloadaed, and then it moves to 'LoadCar_Empty' and is loaded onto the transporter and is moved back to warehouse 1.
I hope I didn't make it too unclear!

Thanks, that seems very functional

Marcus, I just have a question.
When I assemble "Transporter" + "Container", my main part needs to be the "Transporter", so that the Container be on TOP.
Then when I assembly "Transporter&Container" + "Parts", the parts are assembled on the "Transporter" again.
Is there a way to make the parts be assembled on the Container?
Thats just for visual effects on the model

If you want to change the "main" part in an assembly table, just change the value of the field "main MU from predecessor:" to the connector where the main MU enters from. (I.e. if the transporter comes from predecessor 2, then the value should be 2). Also make sure that you have selected "attach MUs" rather than "Delete MUs"
I'm also including another version of the model, but made in PlantSim 13 instead, so you should be able to open it now. Also, apparently you cant set the number to create directi in the source in version 13, so i had to use tables for the container and the transporter.
