User-defined attributes for TableFile?

Pioneer

Hi community,

Can anyone give me a tip on how to insert user-defined attributes to a table file?

As far as I know, I can only disable the inherit format of it. I can't find where I can do that thing.

Please help. Thank you so much!

Open the TableFile --> you will find the user defines attributes in the Home-ribbon --> User defined

Or right click on the TableFIle and select 'Edit User-Defined Attributes' and it will open the same dialog.

Hello Alano

That is strange, guess it might more be a differance in the version of Plant Sim that we are using as I have only used the more recent versions.

Yup, I guess so, Mr JamesM. I'm using Plant Simulation version 12, student license Smiley Very Happy

By the way, can you please tell me where I can find the EKanban in the library? I want to create entity in EKanban and I looked into the Kanban library but I can only find .ApplicationObjects.KanbanObjects.BasicObjects.

not the .ApplicationObjects.EKanban.MUs. as I expected.

Thank you so much!

Yes it is, Mr Bangsow Smiley Very Happy I'm struggling to find my way around Plant Simulation and I have to admit it is very difficult as I have no background about programming. Still I'm learning and trying (with little progress, yup).

Actually I care more about the bin kanban system but it was based on your example so I'm afraid if I jump right at it I would not understand it for leaving out important information along the way. That's why I guess I should take a look at this example ...

Thank you. I will download your file and study it. I hope you don't mind if I continue to raise stupid questions about it Smiley Happy
