I'm not sure, if I got your point,

if you want to assembly different number of parts, you need to change the assembly list in the entrance control (before actions) see here an example:

Hello Steffen!

Ty for you help in the Past!

I have an Assembly Station, where after 10 Assembled Parts, a Maintanice is need.

I dont know how to implement this. In your Book, i find only Examples, that the Maintanice is based on Time.

Example: Maintanice after 5 hours production Time.

I Need: Maintanice after 10 produced Parts

I hope you can Help me out!

Many Thanks!!

Hi,

You can also model maintenance as a setup time (Set-Up tab of the Assembly dialog). Set it to "After 10 parts" and the object will be unavailable for production for some time.

Worked well, Ty!!!

Now i run my simulation, and a global variable count the produced parts.

I want that the simulation stops after 1000 parts and show me how much time the plant need to produce the parts.

Ty !!

How do you count your parts?
In the method used for counting the parts you only need a simple determination, whether or not the amount of produced parts is greater than your required amount and if so, stop the simulation.

For example:

--method you use to count your produced MUs
--amount: global variable
amount:=amount+1
--amount_required: e.g. 1000
if amount>amount_required then
Eventcontroller.stop(true) --this stops your simulation; true -> trigger endsim methods
end

Nice, it works!!

Now an advanced question i guess:

I want to plot a diagarmm with a timeline and the output.

And the diagramm should be created while simulation is running!
