I am just new to this software and I has a quetion about container. In short, my production situation is that there is a machine one(M1).Every part produced by M1 go to the containers(there are 2 containers) which are just next to it for temporary storage and after M1 produces 100parts, the container 1 is full and is tranported to M2. Meanwhile, a empty container next to M2 is tranported back to M1.
I tried to use container and it seems it doesnt load and go to buffer then it disapper. How can I deal with this?

it is a problem with the internet-explorer. there are some computer-virus types with the extension .spp, so the download will be changed to a text/html-file. But if you right click on the link and select target save as --> change the file extension to .spp, this should work.
But you also find the file attached.
Thanks,I got it and in this case, it is able to solve my original problem. But when I add a parallel machine(M11) with M1, the material flow isnt distributed with the setting of the Exit strategy which I set up of previous machine(M0). All part only go to M1. How can I solve it?
if you want to load two machines from one box, you need to change the exit-control of the entrance-place. Just add a line for the second machine. The exit control of the machines then pulls the parts from the box. Perhaps you need also extend the exit control of the machines to avoid an access to an empty place (if one machine has moved the empty box ).
First: i would recommend only to use one finished part place, so that you can finish containers (only P2) . The second machine can find a empty place. Try this as LoadProcess:
--load the part into the pallet
if ?.bufferReadyParts.cont.full then
--move full pallet to successor
if ?.bufferGreenParts.occupied then-- may be empty
if ?.bufferGreenParts.cont.empty then
--move empty pallet to ?.readyparts
--create new pallet
