customer placing orders

Dear community members,

I would like to simulate a customer entering in a store and placing an order. Depending on the order he placed, the worker will give the customer a different item.

more in details:

the sorce should produce the customer

theb customer should arrive at a point where a worker takes the order (thus there is some processing)

The customer can order 2 products: A and B

Based on the customer order, the worker goes to the store, picks the item and deliver it to the customer

The customer leaves.

Please can you suggest a way to build this model?

I would create the frame based on track and transporters (just copy the icon of the worker into the transporter). You can set sensors on the tracks: client stop in front of the desk --> make the order. On the other side of the desk, another transporter-worker --> waits for an order (e.g. entry in a order table) --> moves to the store --> next sensor --> stops there + load the products ---> back to the desk --> moves the products to the client --> starts the client...

I'm trying to do what you said but i'm not able to do it; could you please share a model with this configuration? I would really appreciate it.
