how not to move transporter in case that transporters don't have entity

Dear Plant Simulation Expert,

Actually, I made some model on plant simulation.

in my model, I found out that Source_Forklift3,  Source_Forklift4 & Source_Forklift5's produced transporters was moving without entities. But, actually, I don't want it. I just want these transporters to move in case of having entities.

Would you plz check my made model and give me a valued feedback for that.

Thanks in advance.

BR,

Beagle.

Hello Beagle,

A way to do that is to stop the transporter untill he has something to do.

When the transporter moves the parts on the Buffer, add some code lines to force the transporter to stop waiting for a new job :

...

local Transporter : object := @ ;
local Transporter_Speed : real := 1 (for example) ;
local Job_Station : object := TransferStation ;

Transporter.speed := 0 ;

waituntil Job_Station.occupied prio 1 ;

Transporter.speed := Transporter_Speed  ;

Perhaps there is another way to do that. But in your shoes I'll handle it like this !

I hope it helps !
