multiple assemblies on a single assembly station

hello everyone

I have got small problem regarding differnt assemblies as follows.

As the main Mu to the assembly always changes, i want to take the parts from predecessors based on the main MU requirement.

for example Assembly station main Mu is A then it has to take 2parts ofX,1part ofY,3 parts of Z. But assembly station has 5 predecessors and some times it takes parts only from 3 predecessors based on the main Mu.

Could anyone help me please

Thank you

best regards

What is wrong with this behavior? If you offer e.g. X via one connector and you need two parts X, the assembly station will take 2 from the same predecessor.

Thank you for your reply.

I am sorry for my bad explanation,I will try to explain clearly.

Main part        Sub parts

A                     X-2, Y-1,Z-0,M-1           (Sub part--quantity)

B                     X-1,Y-1,Z-1,M-0

C                     X-0,Y-2,Z-1,M-1

D                     X-2,Y-2,Z-2,M-1

As in the above table if main part changes sub parts should be in this quantity and all these assemblies should be in one assembly station. is it Possible?

Thank you

Best regards

yes it is possible, you need to set the assembly list of the assembly station dynamically; like in this example

have a look in the entrance control of the assembly station and in the user defined attributes of the container (main part)
