observer setting

Good Morning guys,

i have a question about observers in my model.

I have several tracks for my stations. Each track should be able to take 3 vehicles. These vehicles are first loaded and send to a buffer. Now depends on which track are less than 3 vehicles a specific one should be send out of the buffer to the station track.(maybe at the entry of the buffer a table with the inputs)

How can i handle, that the bufferentry is at the beginning closed and the stations send a request for a vehicle? I found the observable attributes of the tracks "AnzahlBE" (amountMU) or capaticity. But the observer is only active if there's a change of these attributes.

Hope you guys understand what i want to ask. I looked in the help but the example isn't something i can use for my problem.

Thanks in advance. If you need further informations please ask.

Regards

Carsten

you can use the init-method to close the buffer-entrance at the beginning.

To call a transporter you could use a simple "pull-control". Create the first calls in the init-method (to fill the tracks...). Then you can use the exit-control (rear) of the stations to request new parts.
