I make a model for descrete event simulation with Plant Simulation.
And my company has a line designer also but not I don't know how to use that.
So I want to know whether I need to learn it?
If I learn and use that, Can I reduce time to make a model?
Can I improve 3D presentation and get more result?
Actually I think even if I do not use Line Designer, if I have 3D entities like conveyor, robots, products
then I can use those in plant simulation.
I want to know if I use Line Designer what profit I can get
if anyone use both line designer and plant simulation then help me.
I created a whole plant in 3D with PS and I found many problems.
I'm interested like you to understand the real benfits of line designer.
For instance half of the visualized image become invisible, sometimes it is not possible save the file,...
The file is around 500-600 MB.
I think PS it is not meant to be used as 3D visualizer, to many problems to manage large amount of 3D data. So probably Line Designer will fit the gap.
o.k. what I ment in detail by "remarkable results" was ( one example):
imported a 191 MB jt file in 13.1 PSi.
before graphics optimization
fps = 5
spp-file size = 158 MB
after graphics optimization
fps = 44
spp-file size = 40 MB
Therefore the graphics optimization can also have a considerable impact on the
file size !
