as we can find out number of workers needed with the help of experiment manager,similarly is it possible to find the exact time during when we need different workers.I mean to say can we know when we need 1 worker,when 3 workers and so on ???

you could write a logfile for the worker. In version 11 you could use an observer for the  attribute location, so you can record the times, when the worker is located on the workplace. In version 12 the worker has an observable attribute availableForMediation, with this attibute you can also cover carry part away... (see example observer of the worker).

Could you please tell me how to do this,I created the attributes of the worker and table file and all but after running the simulation i m nt getting any result in the table.Please tell me how to do this??

could you post the file? The observer for the worker you need to setup in the worker in the class library. In the worker - Tools - edit observers. Click on new - Observed value: 'location' - Executed method: your method  --> copy the method from my example
