Presenter: Ralph Bauknecht, Siemens Industry Software GmbH, Germany.

Data interfaces - Database, SQLite, ODBC, EXCEL, XML - bi-directional data exchange

Hands-on session training, learn how to use the data interfaces provided by Plant Simulation.

We will feed simulation models with data stored in external data sources like MS Access through ODBC, Oracle, SQLite, XML and EXCEL. We will also write simulation result data back to these external data stores. In the examples we will show basics of SQL and XPath languages to access databases and XML files. In this session we will use Plant Simulation 13.

Please contact ralph.bauknecht@siemens.com for further information on this session.
